JNJ Technology

JNJ Technology offers customized IT solutions, specializing in computer and network security. In practice that means handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

Who is it for? Mostly IT departments. They also list IT Infrastructure, Network Security and Telecommunications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

JNJ Technology is based in Forked River, New Jersey. Their site is jnjtec.com.

Things worth asking about: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with JNJ Technology, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
