JM Addington Technology Solutions

JM Addington Technology Solutions is an IT firm that provides IT support and security solutions to the small and mid-sized businesses. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Cyber Security and Security. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

JM Addington Technology Solutions is based in Knoxville, Tennessee. More on jmaddington.com.

Our checklist for this category: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
