JLS Solutions

JLS Solutions provides software solutions for non-profits and schools. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. They also list SMS, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

JLS Solutions is based in Brooklyn, New York. You can read more at jlssolutions.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know JLS Solutions well, your review carries weight here.
