Janeeva

Janeeva provides outsourcing relationship management software to both users and providers of outsourcing services. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Infrastructure and Outsourcing. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Janeeva is based in Ann Arbor, Michigan and founded in 2004. You can read more at janeeva.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Janeeva? Rate it.
