JagKumar

JagKumar is a provider of IT support, security, staffing, and infrastructure services. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. Related areas on their profile: IT Infrastructure and Network Security. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

JagKumar is based in Arlington, Virginia and founded in 2014. Their site is jagkumar.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with JagKumar, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
