Jafferson Computers

Jafferson Computers provides PC repair services, data backup & recovery, professional IT services & mobile app development. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Information Services and Mobile Apps. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Jafferson Computers is based in Ypsilanti, Michigan. You can read more at jafferson.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Jafferson Computers well, your review carries weight here.
