JackStep Software Solutions

JackStep Software Solutions is an information technology firm that provides software development for the transportation industry. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Transportation. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

JackStep Software Solutions is based in Burlington, Kentucky. Their site is jackstep.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
