J2E Technology

J2E Technology is an IT company that provides configuration and data management services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Big Data and Data Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

J2E Technology is based in San Diego, California. You can read more at j2etech.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with J2E Technology, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
