iyeTek

iyeTek provides law enforcement and criminal justice software applications for government and public safety agencies in the United States. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Government. As a very large company team themselves (5,000+ people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

iyeTek is based in Kalamazoo, Michigan. You can read more at iyetek.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know iyeTek well, your review carries weight here.
