iXfactor

iXfactor is an email marketing firm that creates email, manages subscriber lists, automated list management and Google analytics services. Put simply, it is about designing and building websites and web apps.

Who is it for? Mostly companies that need a site that works and ranks. They also list Customer Service and Email Marketing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

iXfactor is based in Castle Rock, Colorado and founded in 1996. More on ixfactor.com.
