IVortex Media

IVortex Media is a consultancy that provides a software solution for the real estate industry. Put simply, it is about leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

It makes the most sense for property managers and landlords. They also list Consulting and Real Estate, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

IVortex Media is based in Bonita Springs, Florida. Their site is ivortexmedia.com.

Before you commit, look at online payments, screening, and accounting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with IVortex Media, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
