IVO Systems

IVO Systems is a civil software platform that helps track and manage a company's equipment, rentals, tools, and any other device. In practice that means bids, schedules, documents and field reports for building projects.

It makes the most sense for contractors and builders. Alongside the main category they mention Civil Engineering and Construction. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

IVO Systems is based in Madison, Wisconsin and around since 2019. Their site is ivosystems.com.

Things worth asking about: mobile use on site, document control, and cost tracking. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
