ITS Consulting Services

ITS Consulting Services is a provider of information technology products and services to small and enterprise businesses. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

ITS Consulting Services is based in Springfield, Missouri. You can read more at itsconsultingservices.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with ITS Consulting Services, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
