iTouch Biometrics

iTouch Biometrics is an IT company that offers law enforcement, federal and civilian agencies with palm-print identification solutions. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Biometrics and Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

iTouch Biometrics is based in Chicago, Illinois. Their site is itouchbiometrics.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
