Itechra

Itechra is an IT company that offers cloud computing, software development, cybersecurity, VoIP, data backup and recovery services. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

Who is it for? Mostly companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing and Cyber Security. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Itechra is based in Winona, Minnesota. You can read more at itechra.com.

Our checklist for this category: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Itechra well, your review carries weight here.
