IT Veterans

Here is IT Veterans in plain terms. Information Technology and Cybersecurity products, solutions and services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. IT Veterans is based in Herndon, Virginia. More on itveterans.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
