IT Umbrella Group

IT Umbrella Group is an IT support and management company that offers cyber security and cloud services. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. They also list Cloud Management, Cyber Security and Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

IT Umbrella Group is based in Mcallen, Texas and founded in 2019. Their site is itumbrellagroup.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
