IT Solutions USA

IT Solutions USA is a software company that provides technology support services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Customer Service. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

IT Solutions USA is based in Tampa, Florida. More on it-solutionsusa.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
