IT Productivity

IT Productivity Partners offers managed IT services, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity, specializing in Microsoft 365 and Azure. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

Who is it for? Mostly companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Security. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

IT Productivity is based in Annapolis, Maryland and founded in 2017. You can read more at itproductivity.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with IT Productivity, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
