IT Problem Solver

IT Problem Solver is an IT firm that offers software development, mobile app & web development, and web hosting services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Information Services and Web Hosting. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

IT Problem Solver is based in Irvine, California. You can read more at itproblemsolver.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
