IT OPENDOORS

IT OPENDOORS provides software solutions and information technology services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Big Data and Cloud Computing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

IT OPENDOORS is based in Plano, Texas. Their site is itopendoors.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
