IT Face

IT Face is an information technology company that offers application development, cybersecurity, and data analytics services. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Infrastructure, Cyber Security and Internet of Things. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

IT Face is based in Irving, Texas and around since 2014. Their site is itface.us.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
