IT Concepts

IT Concepts is an IT company that offers information technology engineering and business consultancy services. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Cyber Security, Data Mining and Data Visualization. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

IT Concepts is based in Vienna, Virginia and founded in 2003. Their site is itconcepts-inc.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
