IT Champion Ltd

IT Champion is an IT company that supplies a wide range of managed IT services, IT solutions and cloud computing services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services and IT Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

IT Champion Ltd is based in Exeter, Devon. Their site is it-champion.co.uk.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
