IT BY DESIGN

IT BY DESIGN is a full service IT consulting firm that offers engineering needs and white labeled help desk solutions. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Advice, Consulting and Information Services. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

IT BY DESIGN is based in Jersey City, New Jersey. Their site is itbd.net.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know IT BY DESIGN well, your review carries weight here.
