IT Avalon

IT Avalon is an IT company that engages in staff augmentation, contract to hire, payrolling, direct hire and statement of work. Put simply, it is about posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

Who is it for? Mostly recruiters and hiring managers. They also list Consulting, Professional Services, Recruiting and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized product team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

IT Avalon is based in Brentwood, California. Their site is itavalon.com.

Before you commit, look at job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
