Istream

Istream is an IT company that provides enterprise software, cloud, mobile application development, quality assurance & consulting services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Istream is based in Ashburn, Virginia. More on istream-solutions.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Istream, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
