iStartus.com

iStartus.com is a custom web and mobile development company. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.

Who is it for? Mostly businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list E-Commerce, iOS and Mobile Apps, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

iStartus.com is based in Phoenix, Arizona and founded in 2007. Their site is istartus.com.
