Ismo Creations

Ismo Creations offers IT management solutions like hardware, software, data and voice cabling, internet services and operating system. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Hardware and IT Infrastructure, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Ismo Creations is based in Cerritos, California. You can read more at ismocreations.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Ismo Creations well, your review carries weight here.
