Isign Solutions

Isign Solutions is a supplier of digital transaction management (DTM) software. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Electronics and Hardware. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Isign Solutions is based in Redwood Shores, California and founded in 1981. More on isignnow.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Isign Solutions well, your review carries weight here.
