Isabella Products

Isabella Products is a mobile device company that develops a family of connected wireless products. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consumer Electronics and Hardware. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Isabella Products is based in Concord, Massachusetts. Their site is isabellaproducts.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Isabella Products well, your review carries weight here.
