Iridium Technology

Iridium Technology is a global firm focused specifically on business intelligence (BI) for legal and professional services firms. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Legal. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Iridium Technology is based in Reno, Nevada. You can read more at iridium-technology.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Iridium Technology well, your review carries weight here.
