iResume

Here is iResume in plain terms. Staffing and Recruiting Software. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

iResume is based in Atlanta, Georgia and founded in 2010. Their site is iresume.net.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with iResume, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
