iQues

iQues is a multi-faceted IT solutions provider that solves business problems, enhances operations, and streamlines processes. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

Who is it for? Mostly companies without a full security team. Related areas on their profile: Cyber Security. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

iQues is based in Rutherford, New Jersey. Their site is iques.com.

Our checklist for this category: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
