IQLogg

IQLogg is a business consulting firm that offers IT staff augmentation, corporate training, and validation services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Corporate Training and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

IQLogg is based in Ashburn, Virginia. Their site is iq-logg.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
