Ipswitch

Ipswitch provides IT management software that secures control over business. The job it does: handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

Who is it for? Mostly IT departments. Related areas on their profile: IT Management and Security. As a large product team themselves (501 to 1,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

Ipswitch is based in Lexington, Massachusetts and around since 1991. More on ipswitch.com.
