iProfile enables companies to leverage data to increase the effectiveness of their customers and conversations. Put simply, it is about running multi-step campaigns that react to what people do.

It makes the most sense for marketing teams with more than one channel. They also list Business Intelligence, Information Services, Marketing and Sales, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
