IPN Web

IPN Web offers GIS solutions, project management, software development, business process mapping and technical consulting services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting and Project Management. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

IPN Web is based in Rockville, Maryland and around since 2009. More on ipnweb.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know IPN Web well, your review carries weight here.
