iPixelate

iPixelate is a software company that provides web design, cloud computing, mobile apps, SEO, and social media services. Put simply, it is about designing and building iOS and Android apps.

Who is it for? Mostly businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Cloud Computing, Mobile Apps, SEO and Web Design, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

iPixelate is based in Rockville, Maryland. Their site is ipixelate.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
