IowaCityRent.com

IowaCityRent.com is the resource for searching apartments, houses, and condo rental properties. In practice that means leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

It makes the most sense for property managers and landlords. Alongside the main category they mention Real Estate and Search Engine. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

IowaCityRent.com is based in Carrboro, North Carolina. You can read more at iowacityrent.com.

Our checklist for this category: online payments, screening, and accounting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
