IOT-eq

IOT-eq develops industrial automation solutions that offer the ability to monitor, manage and react. In practice that means connecting machines, sensors and robots to software that controls or monitors them.

It makes the most sense for manufacturers and operators. Alongside the main category they mention Industrial Automation. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

IOT-eq is based in Spring, Texas. More on iot-eq.com.

Things worth asking about: hardware compatibility, uptime, and support. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
