Inyxa

Inyxa is a niche business and technology consulting organization focused on transforming Supply Chains. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Inyxa is based in Rolling Meadows, Illinois and founded in 2008. More on inyxa.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Inyxa well, your review carries weight here.
