IntruGuard

IntruGuard is a leading supplier of Network Behavior Analysis (NBA) Systems for e-tailers, webhosts, social networking sites, Service. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list Consumer Electronics, Security and Social Network, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a large team, 1,001 to 5,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

IntruGuard is based in Sunnyvale, California. More on intruguard.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with IntruGuard, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
