Intrinsic Technologies

Here is Intrinsic Technologies in plain terms. Infrastructure Management Software. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list SMS, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Intrinsic Technologies is based in Lisle, Illinois. Their site is intrinsic.net.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Intrinsic Technologies, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
