InTrinity Solutions

InTrinity Solutions is a management consulting firm that offers marketing automation software and project management solutions. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Management Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

InTrinity Solutions is based in Hutto, Texas. You can read more at intrinitysolutions.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with InTrinity Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
