IntraMart

IntraMart is an IT service company that provides data warehousing, data integration, and enterprise analytics services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Analytics and Data Integration, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

IntraMart is based in Scottsdale, Arizona and founded in 1997. More on intramart.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
