inTouch

inTouch provides Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), gestural computing, IP-enabled SCADA, physical computing, or sensor platforms. The job it does: connecting machines, sensors and robots to software that controls or monitors them.

The natural audience is manufacturers and operators. Alongside the main category they mention Internet of Things. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

inTouch is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. More on intouchcorp.com.

Things worth asking about: hardware compatibility, uptime, and support. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
