Intivix

Intivix is an IT managed services provider and support firm serving small- and mid-sized businesses. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Information Services and Security. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Intivix is based in San Francisco, California. Their site is intivix.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
