Internetworking Link

Internetworking Link is an IT service company that offers data migrations, SaaS, network support, routing, virtualization, and hosting. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Archiving Service, Technical Support and Virtualization. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Internetworking Link is based in Albany, Georgia and around since 2007. More on internetworkinglink.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Internetworking Link, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
