Intellor Group

Intellor Group provides audio, video and web conferencing services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Audio, Online Portals, Video and Video Conferencing. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Intellor Group is based in Gaithersburg, Maryland and around since 2000. More on intellor.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
